Margaret is a wonderful agent and kind person. We were out of state sellers and she went above and beyond to help us get the house ready to sell. She was extremely communicative and responsive and as new sellers she took the time to explain all the details. We ended up getting more than we expected for the house and she made the whole process easy. We could not recommend Margaret enough.

Margaret made our house search so much fun! In this stressful market we were often the first buyers to see a house as it came up on the market. Margaret worked with us from the beginning, helping to decide on a listing price, preparing the house for showing, getting a great set of photos, 3D views and a drone aerial view to really make our home pop in online listings. She helped get an almost immediate offer through her contacts, and then walked us through all of the paperwork. During the same period, she showed us multiple houses that reflected our preferences, with one a perfect fit. Agin, she walked us through the paperwork, helped find a good and reasonable mover, and advised on changing all the utilities. Other than packing and unpacking the many boxes, Margaret couldn’t have been more helpful. We would highly recommend Margaret for anyone seeking a great real estate agent.

We were looking for real estate in the area and had no idea of what to expect. Within a day Margaret had many properties for us to look at in our price range. Her knowledge of the area is impeccable and she was there for us right through closing on the property. She is right to the point with no pressure and very honest.
