When my husband and I came to New Bern to look for a house, we were referred to Chad from our real estate agent in Florida. From her first experience with him to handing him over to us-it was extremely pleasant. Chad took his time with us, showed us a few houses, explained and showed us different areas of New Bern, and recommended lots of places to visit. When we decided on a house, he walked us through every step. I highly recommend Chad and his team as they are very knowledgeable in the area and extremely diligent which means they will help you in whatever way needed.

Chad is by far the best agent my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with. He is highly responsive, great communicator and extremely professional. He goes above and beyond to find homes based on your budget range and wants. He is flexible as far as scheduling time for showings. He knows the area really well, and is methodical in creating a route for the homes you view each day. Would highly recommend his services to anyone in the area looking to make the arduous task of buying a home simple.

Amazing realtor. Knows the area like the back of his hand. He will be willing to look at 20 properties a day if you’ll let him. He will also be willing to take a break from looking if that’s also what you want. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

Wow, without Chad and his staff we would never have found such a great house! He contracted for pricing, inspections, walk throughs and handled every issue that came up. Most importantly Chad was of immeasurable help as we battled with a mortgage company that made one mistake after another. Chad was always there for us!I have no better way to express this other than Chad was the most complete, professional and knowledgeable realtor we ever worked with! Chad was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and willing to walk us through the home buying process as my fiancé and I were first time buyers. Even though I’m sure he was very busy, we felt like we were the only clients he was working with at the time. He knew the area very well and took the time to get to know us so that he could show us houses that we were interested in. We were moving to New Bern from another state and he made it really easy for us by showing houses with video walk-throughs. We highly recommend him!
