am excited to share a review of Rowland & The Home Sales Team at Keller Williams Earlier this year, we decided to look into the idea of selling our house in Hunter's Ridge. As soon-to-be empty nesters, we decided that the process might take a while, so we might as well just start. All along the way, Rowland made suggestions for the best home improvements to be make, paint colors, carpet ideas and general recommendations of things to consider when getting a house ready for sale. He was patient and ever ready to answer any questions we had or find out information for us. When it came time to finally get the photographer here, he picked his best. Our house was depicted beautifully with tons of photos taken from the best angles. We were proud to be showcasing our sweet home. Showing began, Rowland and his team kept us informed. Two-weekend open houses brought potential buyers through the door. Then the day came when the offer was made. Rowland was there to help us through that process as well. When it came time for the paperwork, his team was there to facilitate that process as well, even with out-of-state parties involved. Rowland is a family man and understands the value of working together for the common good. Our experience was smooth and streamlined. We highly recommend Rowland and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell here in New Bern. Rowland even helped us relocate locally. He is a man with many contacts, resources, and ideas.
