I am updating my review as I have just seen a property Lori has just listed. 316 N. Charlotte Street in Washington NC. I am so upset and so disappointed that Lori Stancill, as my realtor, and I could not agree about the price of my properties. At first, Lori seemed eager to help and thought we could list at a great price especially because my properties are so unique. My properties consist of 2 parcels being sold together. One parcel is 677 square feet finished. The other is about 987 square feet with a 373 square feet loft being partially finished. I have not been able to find this type of property yet in Washington NC. She asked me to get an appraisal. I did and I paid for it. It still was'nt enough because I have in writing from her that it was a high appraisal. I asked her also, why no aerial photos were taken? She said, she is sorry if I feel she fell short. When I saw the property Lori just listed, my mouth dropped. Yes, 3 bedrooms and more square footage but only .23 acre lot. It makes me so upset to know how much time and money I have wasted.
Lori made buying my first home a breeze. Her knowledge and consideration for her clients is amazing. She continues to assist in any way possible even after the closing!
