Kunny was fabulous to work with. A previous agent we spoke with wanted to sell the property for 100k less than Kunny suggested. She not only listed it much higher but sold it for that price in a day. I am not sure how she could have done anything better - she is simply amazing. If we ever sell any property again or have friends who are selling we will definitely use Kunny or suggest her to others. You have an absolute gem in her. I give her the highest recommendation possible.

Without a doubt I'd recommend Kunny as a realtor. She is an amazing negotiator. She listens to what the client wants. She has many, many connections to services you need. She goes above and beyond the traditional role of a realtor to help you. We purchased our house from overseas and she made the process so smooth that it felt as if we were there. She is very attentive and responsive and we never had a problem getting a hold of her. If we ever sell our house, which I hope we won't, she will be the first person we call. Kunny is an absolute gem!
