Amanda is incredible! As first time home buyers, we were anxious about the process, and Amanda helped us every step of the way. She was proactive, thorough, responsive, and she really advocated for us. She also has extensive knowledge of the Greenville area, which was a plus since we were new to the community. Amanda did a wonderful job of helping us purchase our first ever home! Her knowledge of the local market and knack for analyzing nearby listings helped us put together a competitive offer and purchase a townhouse for well under the asking price. Additionally, she took the time to ensure we would ultimately be happy in our new home and was fantastic about helping us through each step in the buying process. We could not have made it through buying a home as first-time home buyers and still had our sanity intact if it weren't for Amanda and her team! Amanda, Sarah, and Alesa provided so much support and encouragement along the way, while taking care of so many details, big and small. She was incredibly responsive and she and her team had everything so organized with contacting vendors, scheduling inspections, and more. She also has a great sense of humor, is incredibly personable, and was a true advocate for us from day 1 on. Truly can't recommend her enough if you're a first-time home buyer like us or really anywhere else in the buyer/seller journey! You won't regret it.

Listed home, but didn't sell • 2023
Amanda over promised and under delivered. It had only been a couple of months we had been working with her when one day, we surprisingly got a call from Amanda telling us that she was dropping us as clients. We were in shock. She seemed to have little hesitation and no conscience about it. She knew it was a trying situation when she took on the home and said she could get the job done. But no, that wasn’t the case. She quit when we needed her the most and we had to scramble to find a new agent (which we did in a day, thankfully) who helped us out immediately. He took the reins and sold the house in a very short period of time. He was spectacular at his craft and proved that the house could definitely sell. Had Amanda given it a chance she would have seen that too. If you’re looking for an agent you can have confidence in, I would NOT recommend Amanda. Our experience with her was subpar. It’s already a stressful situation to be in when selling a house and you don’t want the added stress of an agent who drops you cold in a short period of time.

Amanda and Sarah are AMAZING. We moved from West Virginia to NC. The first thing she did was connect us with an amazing liaison for the school system. We were clueless about all opportunities in Pitt County. She helped us purchase a beautiful home. Both Amanda and Sarah are beyond knowledgeable. They knew current market values, consulted with an appraiser (just to confirm what they were thinking). They helped navigate us all the way from initial offer, due diligence ,and sat there with us at closing. When we needed carpet and flooring they got estimates for us. I wish I could hire them both as my life assistants (because 6 kids is a lot??) They are beyond excellent! The have been an amazing.
