Liz is very easy to work with, accommodating to meet my schedule and looking for properties that would fit my needs. It was important to me as a new transplant to Madison that I work with someone familiar with the neighborhoods of Madison and Liz is that person. In addition, she had a skilled inspector that noted issues with the property that was helpful in setting a final offering price. She also has a good eye in identifying updates that might be needed on older properties. I was very satisfied with my experience with Liz and her team.

As a first-time home buyer l was extremely happy with Liz Lauer as my realtor. I purchased a condo and she explained the buying process to me and answered my multitudes of questions along the way. I'm not sure when she has time to do anything outside of work considering she seemed to be available any time I needed. She has many years of experience in madison and has lots of knowledge about the market so I felt very comfortable having her as my guide in this huge purchase. I would recommend Lauer Realty Group to anyone looking to buy in or around Madison!!

Liz had her work cut out trying to find us a home in Madison. We were moving from a different city and she was great at helping us navigate neighborhoods, and giving us enough information to help us decide where in Madison, we wanted to be. We had a lot of "deal breakers," but she was patient and professional the entire time we worked with her. It took us three years to finally find a place that worked for us.

Liz Lauer was great to work with! She knew exactly where things stood with the Madison market and where they were headed. She provided a great interior decorator who helped provide cost-effective options for staging the house and the photographer was great. We had numerous offers on our house and she helped us navigate them, knowing we wanted to be fair to all prospective buyers. She and her team are super knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. I can't recommend Liz and her team enough.
