Working with Linda was a truly remarkable experience. My wife and I were relocating to NC from another state and had little knowledge of the eastern NC area, neighborhoods, housing market, and the various amenities. To make matters worse, we had a very limited amount of time to make a purchase and get moved in. Linda accepted the challenge and worked to educate us on the area, neighborhoods, and provided very detailed information on homes so that we could make the best possible choice. Linda was a great joy to work with and I’d highly recommend contacting her for your home purchase, especially if you don’t live in the area, you can rest assured that Linda will provide great insights and suggestions.

We chose to list our house for sale with Linda Holland because she is a downtown resident and came highly recommended. Soon after, we decided to buy a house contingent on selling ours. We were quite confident that we knew the course of events having bought and sold many properties over the years. What could possibly be any different this time around? At first everything was just as we'd hoped and expected, great brochures, advertising, help with pricing and all the typical things one does when listing. Linda patiently showed us many homes while we were looking to buy. She did her homework before showing a house and was quick to get answers if we had questions. A couple of times we dealt with situations that were complicated and required professional services other than that of our Realtor. Linda responded promptly to situations and connected us to the right people and in many cases made our appointments so we could resolve things and move on. Calls and messages to her, (and there were many), were always answered promptly. Unbeknownst to us, ours would turn out to be two challenging real estate transactions. Both closings were within 24 hours. We were glad that we chose to have Linda Holland for our Agent. Without her expertise, our closings might not have happened. The first line in a card that Linda sent to us when both closings were finalized read, I care about your experience. And she proved it!

I and my family have purchased multiple homes where Linda was our agent. She is always very responsive and helpful. She listens to what we are looking for and doesn't waste time showing properties that will not work for us.Finally I would also have to say that she is EXTREMELY patient with us.

Linda Holland has been our agent in a very difficult market and we have enjoyed working with her to sell our home. She has been creative in advertising, open to new ideas in ways to sell, and always straight forward and honest with us. She is outstanding in providing feedback when we have visits usually within one day. Linda also provides an attractive professionally done booklet for buyers to pick up that includes pictures and information about our home and community.

This lady is truly a professional, honest, truthful, very helpful and patient. We purchased a condominium from her and currently are selling it with her. We just bought a townhouse from her and are completely satisfied with her service and continuing support and concern for our well being. we have extensive experience dealing with real state agents and have never met anyone so capable and someone who continues to provide her help long after the sale.

Linda Holland was with me every step of the way. She helped me to understand the process of buying a home - the highs and the lows. She could easily bring up information, diagrams, etc to help show me the cost of similar houses in New Bern. She answered any questions I had about the house and if she didn't know she would gladly contact the home owners. I was able to see the home several times. I also was shown other homes but she knew what I liked so it was easy to narrow down. I love my new home.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Holland. We came to New Bern in the Spring of '14 to simply look around and ended up with our dream home: a restored and renovated 19th-Century house in the downtown historic district. Throughout the process, Ms. Holland was a model of both professionalism and congeniality. It was her manner that convinced us to make New Bern our retirement.
