My wife and I connected with Kyle when we found a home that we were interested in on Zillow. Kyle contacted us right away and from then on Kyle shepherded us through the home search and the purchasing process. Once Kyle understood what we had in mind for a place and a location he kept us informed of candidate listings and was able to set up showings to match our availability to travel from our home. We lived 2.5 hours from Ankeny, so Kyle was sensitive to the fact that the travel time and distance meant that the showings had to be well matched with our needs and preferences. We are now in our new home in Ankeny and were very happy with the help that we received from Kyle. Kyle went above and beyond to help us during our real estate transaction. He was always available when we needed to get in touch with him, and when there were a lot of inspection items that came up during the home inspection, Kyle made sure we were able to get the items taken care of that were very important to us. He worked hard to make sure we had a great experience from start to finish, we will definitely be using Kyle in the future again!

He has a personal investment in his clients. I was working with another local realtor but it didn’t worked out. We came across him with 1 week to spare before my trip and only 1 week to look at houses. He probably lined up well over 30 house for me to look at cutting into my drinking time but well worth it. I left Iowa going into escrow and he also found a local lender that beat my current 4-5% lender down to 3% for my situation. Literally saved around $1000 per month on mortgage and kept us at our desired monthly mortgage that we planned for. 5 stars all the way. And also a nice touch with his YouTube videos that explains “what to expect” at every step of the process incase you’re a new home buyer.
