We had an amazing experience with Beth and her team when purchasing a condo in 2020 so it was a no brainer to work with them again to buy a house. Beth Ernst and her team (Erin and Kristen) provided truly exceptional service for us as we searched for and bought our now-beloved house. All three were delightful to work with -- and just plain fun! Their expertise is very, very deep and they used it with grace and clarity to help us make our decisions. They were highly responsive throughout our house-buying process, each team member playing crucial roles. In our first meeting for example, Beth and Kristen carefully listened to us and then laid out every step we would take. Their roadmap proved to be remarkably accurate and instructive. Erin is terrific at thinking about nuances in each house as well as understanding what buyers want. Through the negotiations and closing phases, they were absolute champs! They all are masters both of details as well as the big picture. Their seamless and well-coordinated teamwork was amazing to behold. The team of people are wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable and professional as well as fun and friendly! They made buying a house pleasant while listening to my needs and making the impossible possible! I was a wishy washy buyer and ended up buying something different than I thought .
