Worst experience I have ever had. They had tried their best to get more and more and more money out of us. I can’t speak for purchasing a home, but don’t rent from lee and Harrell. Again no one was ever rude or unkind in anyway way, they are a whole different type of slimy!!!!

Kevin Lee is amazing. When I called and told him my rent went up again he made time for me to come into his office the next day to go over my options. He then showed me homes and discussed what aspects of a house I would like. I definitely would use him again if I was going to buy another home.

Our home buying experience was so much easier to handle with Jason Harrell as our realtor. Jason took his time to find out what exactly we were looking for and stayed within the financial limitations we had set. He allowed us to take our time walking through the homes and answering any questions we might have about the each home. Then, we found the home of our dreams and only with Jason's help and guidance we are now living in it! Mortgage process can be quite overwhelming and Jason listened to me yell and complain and offered useful solutions to help make it happen! There are no true words to describe how much we enjoyed and valued his experience.

I had a very difficult house to sell and was actually turned down by several Realtors. Met with Kevin and he confidently told me he could sell my house. We signed with him and I am so glad we did. We went under contract within just a few months but sadly that family got cold feet and backed out. Kevin had another showing scheduled even before he told me about the cancelled contract and we were back under contract within 24 hours. Best Realtor I have ever experienced and I will recommend him to anyone and I'll use him every time.

Kevin Lee of Lee and Harrell has sold two homes for me over the last seven years. Kevin is a real pleasure to work with and has an excellent understanding of the market, its seasonality, and what to expect from the market based on the property and the price. Kevin brought full asking price on both homes. One sold in a few days and the other in several months (holidays). I think that speaks volumes to his ability to price a home at a fair and reasonable price to both the buyer and seller. He is quick to respond to text messages and his team does a great job of responding to e-mails, assisting the other parties involved in the transaction, and providing information of what needs to take place on the seller's end in a timely fashion when the time does come to close.I cannot say enough good things about the Lee and Harrell Team!

Mr. Jason Harrell, what a WONDERFUL and a PLEASANT person. I know him since 2010. At the time I was working with one realtor in Greenville, NC area. When Jason found out through internet, he contacted me at that time. I was open an honest wit him and told him that I was working with one realtor but if some thing not work out well with this realtor I was working with, I will surely contact him [Jason Harrell]. He said that, that was fine, but when ever I change my mind, it would be fine to call him. A week or ten days later I received a packet in the mail from Jason containing complete fact finding information about Greenville, NC. This kind of detailed information including the map of Greenville, that I had not received from the realtor I was working with. Eventually, it so happened that I had to move from that realtor and contacted Jason. He was more that happy to assist me. That was towards the end of 2010. Since then he is my best buddy and my best realtor. Through him we purchased 4 properties and he manages them well. We are looking forward to working with him for as long as it takes. Jason, is the BEST OF THE BEST. Very RESPONSIVE as well as PROFESSIONAL. I SALUTE him and RECOMMEND him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estates. He is a GOOD MANAGER as well.Jason Harrell, is an HONEST and VERY SINCERE. I wish him ALL THE BEST, HAPPINESS and GOOD HEALTH.

We worked with Lee and Harrell to purchase our home this past year. We were very pleased with our experience. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods in Greenville and the surrounding areas. He was patient with us while we searched for the right home. He was always very responsive and quick to get us in to see homes we were interested in. When issues came up during inspection Kevin worked with contractors to address those issues and tackle them head on. Overall great experience and highly recommend Lee & Harrell

We looked at a house in March and decided against it. Then in May saw it still for rent, and called about it as well and sent request through Zillow. No answer after 2 days. I called again, and this time he answered, saying it had been rented. We found another he managed and took a couple of days/calls to get a chance to look at it. We had questions...another couple of days/texts/calls.This is getting old. I realize renters dont earn him money like buyers, but we plan on becoming buyers....however will NEVER use him or his group.
