Katye was wonderful to work with! She is very personable and makes you feel like you more than just a client. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect. Katye made the process smooth and seamless. She responded right away with any questions and set up times for us to go look at homes same day. She went above and beyond on a holiday weekend negotiating with the listing agent to secure the deal.

Katye is a very knowledgeable professional who understands the real estate market and how to make a sale. She kept us informed of all interested parties, their likes and dislikes about the property and was always communicating and keeping us informed. She let us, the sellers, make the decisions after giving us all the information to do so. She was always available to answer questions and offer insight. She knew that the week of Thanksgiving and deer hunting would be slow, so not to expect any interest that week. She made all signings simple by letting us know beforehand who we would be dealing with and what had to be done. Katye was so easy to work with! I'm glad I had the opportunity to have her sell our property and would highly recommend her!

We’ve had the privilege of working with Katye Charlier three separate times over the last several years, and each experience has only reinforced how exceptional she is as a realtor.Our first time working with Katye was back in 2018 when she helped me purchase my rental property in Appleton. She negotiated both a home inspection and a home warranty, and when the inspection uncovered several issues, Katye guided me through every step with confidence and clarity. Thanks to her expertise, we were able to get the seller to address the concerns and even secured additional funds for further repairs. She protected my interests from start to finish.In 2023, my wife and I reached out to Katye again—completely unprepared and without a pre-approval—after spotting a house on Zillow that we loved. Katye responded immediately, arranged the very first showing the next day, and even helped us get pre-approved that same night. She crafted an offer that not only made us comfortable but also included a foundation inspection that was important to us. Kayte did an amazing job in helping us to sell our parents home.
