Alex and his wonderful wife Amanda are the perfect team for realtors. First of all, they are unbelievably thorough and Alex has even crawled out on multiple roofs and in crawl spaces to know what I was getting into. Alex is patient and assures you that he is finding your home. Making the sale does not skew their process at all. They take the time to really get to know you and your needs. Being a first time home buyer, Alex tells you what you need to hear and assures that you will know all flaws and projects you are getting into and checks to make sure you are comfortable. Alex and Amanda were immediately responsive no matter the time or day. Through my Long process of showings and offers going higher than I can go, Alex was there for every step and reminded me to trust the process. Boy was he right! I walked through some traumatic houses that I thought were good to do showings and in the end when I found the house that fit my needs and felt like home, we knew at the same time. He is meticulous, patient, knowledgeable, and tells you what you need to hear. I am so grateful for Alex and Amanda and in the end, I am an incredibly happy homeowner and I got the guidance to make the right decision for my needs and income. I would recommend this dynamic-duo to anyone!

Alex and Amanda are absolutely amazing. From the first day we met and still continuing after we closed. Alex has an upfront personality and if you have specific details you want in a home, he will find one that you absolutely love. He stops at nothing to get you your dream home. Amanda is a total sweetheart and makes sure all the behind the scenes work is complete accurately and efficiently. Honestly, there are not enough words that can express how amazing Alex and Amanda are. We cant thank them enough for everything they have done for us. Without going into too much detail, we had some unforseen circumstances in our purchase that was not ours nor Alex's fault. That did not stop them. They worked tirelessly and endlessly to get us into our home. The extra mile they took, makes my husband and I eternally grateful. Alex and Amanda have helped us now with the buying of our first home and now with selling that home and buying our new home in 2026. Both times it was completely seamless and very fast. We gave him our timeline each time and he got us in with perfect timing for our family's needs. If we could give 100 stars to the Bow Tie Group and Alex and Amanda, we would!! They helped us buy our first home, and they were always there for us, answering questions, guiding us through the home buying process, and even setting up last minute meetings to help reassure us with decisions we were making. Each time we looked at a home, Alex gave very helpful knowledge on the home itself and what repairs we might need to do immediately as well as further down the road. They helped us figure how what type of home was going to fit us best both now and in the future. No matter how many questions we had or showings we requested, they were both always there for us every step of the way and went the extra mile to make sure we were fully informed on each home, as well as including a handy month by month guide for home maintenance when we moved in. We are so happy with our home, and we couldn't have done it without them! They kept us informed and made the process smooth all while keeping it light and keeping us laughing. We can’t say enough good things about working with Alex and Amanda! Getting ready to sell a home for the first time, we were bracing for continuous anxiety throughout the process, but that vanished quickly. Alex and Amanda made the “buying-and-selling-at-the-same-time” experience incredibly smooth and straightforward. We never had any questions left unanswered; they were always on top of things and easily reached from start to finish. Alex and Amanda we're extremely professional while searching for and purchasing my dream farmhouse. Even though parts of the buying process had unexpected turns along the way, Alex and Amanda worked hard to keep things simple and coordinated as relaxing as an experience as home-buyers could possibly experience!I've used the Bow Tie group for the last 2 houses I've purchased and every interaction is worth-while and very informative.
