There aren't enough superlatives to describe my home buying experience with Katie. Because she grew up in this area and knows it inside and out, she was able to provide first hand knowledge about communities I was interested in. As a first time home buyer, I needed guidance about what to look for when walking through a house. Her goal is to help clients buy/sell homes - but she made sure I was looking at the right homes for my expressed needs. She wasn't in it just to sell the first home I "oohed" and "ahhed" over. When repairs had been made poorly - she pointed them out. When improvements had been added - she pointed them out. She was patient and supportive - and she made a process that is stressful one that included a good amount of humor - which I desperately needed. Successful realtors are busy - but she never made me feel like my texts or calls were an imposition. Her negotiation skills helped me seal the deal. Katie will always be welcome in my home - and I'll greet her with a good glass of wine and a seat around the fire pit. She's "good people" - and a great realtor. Can't recommend her highly enough.
