Really great realtor. very friendly, great communication. Not to mention she looks out for the best interest for her clients. Willing to show multiple houses on the same day and shows interest in other topics other from houses which makes you feel more comfortable and confident in the choice that you make before purchasing.

Kathrin is amazing at what she does! We initially worked with her to buy our home, so when we decided to sell, we obviously decided to work with her again! We never even made it on the market. I reached out to her well in advance because I was a little nervous about timing and not carrying the mortgage too long while paying at our new home as well. She was able to put the word out on our home coming up soon and we had a buyer before it even hit the market! I highly recommend that if you’re looking to buy or sell, reach out to Kathrin!

Kathrin did a great job with helping me sell my home. Every step was smooth and easy. Paperwork/documents were easy to sign and return so that operations got done immediately. Clear communication throughout. Things got handled even after business hours which was perfect since I'm a truck driver. A lot of business was handled while I was on the road.

Only Hire The Best! Kathrin has been our go-to for years in dealing with real estate. Nobody works harder in this space. In a neighborhood of *many* houses for sale, some very stagnant, our house was listed and sold in SIX DAYS! Of course, results depend on the market at the time, but we continue to be impressed by her effectiveness. In my experience of buying/selling homes, she is still one of the only realtors I've ever worked with who I KNOW is always working on my behalf, for my family's maximum benefit and ease of process. During an often stressful time, she provides clarity and peace. Simply put, in real estate, experience matters. I worked with Katrin from May to July 2025. As a military family, we received notification of my husband’s relocation to Georgia. We experienced an extended wait for his orders, during which Katrin demonstrated exceptional patience. Our goal was to have a home prepared for us upon arrival, and her assistance was instrumental in achieving this. She provided her own recommendations while also accommodating our own wishlist. When I underwent surgery and was unable to attend the home inspection, Katrin graciously attended on my behalf.
