Kathrin is amazing at what she does! We initially worked with her to buy our home, so when we decided to sell, we obviously decided to work with her again! We never even made it on the market. I reached out to her well in advance because I was a little nervous about timing and not carrying the mortgage too long while paying at our new home as well. She was able to put the word out on our home coming up soon and we had a buyer before it even hit the market! I highly recommend that if you’re looking to buy or sell, reach out to Kathrin!

Kathrin did a great job with helping me sell my home. Every step was smooth and easy. Paperwork/documents were easy to sign and return so that operations got done immediately. Clear communication throughout. Things got handled even after business hours which was perfect since I'm a truck driver. A lot of business was handled while I was on the road.
