Katelyn helped us sell our house off-season and she really nailed it. We had competing offers the first weekend it was live. This was in no small part due to her excellent staging and attention to detail leading up to listing. She was hyper-responsive and took care of details when we were out of town. I’d give her a full and unconditional recommendation.

Katelyn went above any beyond my expectations both times I worked with her, first in 2018 to buy, and again in 2025 to sell the same property. When buying, her meticulous attention to detail kept me informed about many things I wouldn't have known as a first-time home buyer, and she went as far as to contact the regional director of Comcast, since no one else could confirm the property had access to cable internet. When I was listing it to sell, my wife was in the third trimester of her pregnancy, with the birth happening shortly before the sale, and Katelyn and her team helped every step of the way to ensure a smooth sale despite my limited capacity to focus on it.My only complaint is that she doesn't operate in the area we moved to, or I would have used her to buy my current home too.

I worked with Katelyn to purchase a home in Charlottesville. Had visited the area a few times before, from out of town, so not very knowledgeable about which locations would be a good fit (convenience and nature). She had excellent knowledge of the area and the market. We found a home that was ideal for my current needs. Katelyn helped put together a negotiation strategy that worked, with a bid just slightly above the other top offer. Katelyn is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and professional. Katelyn was fabulous. This was my second time working with her. First was to buy my house, then to sell it because of a job change. She read the market, advised me on staging and got multiple offers as soon as it went live. She negotiated while traveling and never missed a detail. She is a great mix of compassion, support and business. If I ever came back to Virginia, I would certainly start my home search with her.
