This is the 2nd time I have worked with Karen. She is the best! She answers all our questions and if she doesn't know the answer, she will find out. Friendly, caring and full of joy. Karen kept us informed via emails and phone calls. She worked out a problem that we had we flood insurance calling the buyer's insurance and transferring his policy to us. Discuss issues with the mortgage company, providing information needed with home inspections, septic tank inspections and pest infections. She worked with the seller's agent with negotiations. When inspection came back, she worked with the agent and seller to ensure that the repairs were made. She handled every aspect of the buying of our camp.
