Listed home, but didn't sell • 2024
Had our property listed for 5 months. She did not show our property. Very unresponsive. Asked to have phone call with her to discuss why our property she listed, photoshopped pictures, and priced is not selling but she never called us. She sent a vague email about showings but gave no information as to why she is not able to sell our house after 5 months despite being in most desirable neighborhood in Gulfport MS.

Samantha was great even after the sale.She know the area as well as other areas we looked at. She knows what area is growing and what is not. She helped me after the sale with recommendations. Such as which internet was favored by locals and which gave locals problems. She is currently working to find me a property for a future build. She is great and always available.

Oh. My. Gawd. I could not have asked for a more motivated real estate agent. Super knowledgeable and thorough. She helped me navigate the entire process, even got me through all of the paperwork and helped me locate an agent that assisted with all of my insurance needs. Being that the property I purchased is just one block from the beach, there were a LOT of insurance issues that had to be worked through, so that was a blessing as well. Not that she had to, but she was extremely responsive to communication via text/email/call. Went so far out of her way that she probably got jet lag from helping me. Cannot say enough. Honestly, she made what is usually a horrendous process much smoother and more understandable.

Samantha was amazing we met her while looking at a house, we got to talking to her and she was amazing got all our information and what location and price we were looking to stay in she ended up showing us few houses until we found the perfect home, she is very knowledgeable took her time answered my 1000 questions this was the first time for me to buy a house she made it as simple as possible for us, can not ask for a better realtor absolutely funny and my 4 yr said she is his best friend

Samantha was very professional from the beginning to the end. She provided great direction and offered help at every stage of the process. She understands the stress of buying and selling and goes beyond the call of duty to make it a good experience. Anyone selling or buying a home would be a fool to not use a person of this caliber. She does what she says she'll do and as busy as she may be, she always seems to be available. You simply can't have better representation than this kind lady.
