I hired him, we put the house on the market under his expertise and advertised it for $10,000 more than what it was previously marketed for. Jonathan had it under contract within approximately 45 days. We did have some issues on both sides to iron out but he handled them in a timely and professional manner. Bottom line is; we closed with both sides being happy with the outcome. I would hire Johnathan in a heartbeat again as a buyer or seller. Not only is he a great realtor, but a genuine friend. He will make it happen.
