Would highly recommend Marenda Harper. Works well with her clients, sees to it all questions are answered and in a very timely manner as well. She also helped find the best insurance rates available for the current market. She works well with lending institutions and is very familiar with various lenders. Wow!!! What a great experience we have had with Mrs. Harper. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making us feel like more than just prospective buyers. She was available to show us properties of all kinds and often when given short notice. She also ensured that we knew of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property. Excellent communication, knowledgeable, quick to respond to questions, concerns or requests. With Mrs. Harper it was never about the sale but more about securing a "family home" that we can create new memories and live happily.
