We are VERY pleased with The Judi Pobst Team and especially Dana Fox. Dana was a BIG help in our search for a vacation home in New Port Richey, FL. Because Dana lived in the area, she knew about things that would be important to us. Dana was also very patient and helpful during the contract/offer negotiations showing respect to both us and the seller. We will absolutly use Dana Fox when we are ready to think about a larger condo/canal home for permanent relocation. Even after the closing, Dana continued to help us with contractors to do some remodeling. This is the first time we have bought property without actually being there and we trusted Dana to be our eyes.

I was really in a bind when I chose Darlene Jones at the Judith Pobst Realty Company. I had interviewed several realtors and selected this one because of two things: amazing professionalism and a level of honesty I completely respected! They did everything they said they would do and they did it quickly and professionally. My house sold with a month, with several offers and a full price contract. My realtor walked me through every step and made it easy for me to move. I loved Darlene Jones so much that I asked her to help me find my next house and once again, she delivered! She knew more about what I needed than I did and walked me through the process, which I needed! Should I move again, this group of realtors will be my only choice as my business partner! They are simply great at what they do and it shows in the way they help and support their clients!!

Judi knows the area we were selling in and she lives there. She said she’d sell our house in two months and she sold it in less time. Her office staff was on the ball at every turn.
