Juan was a total pleasure to work with. He took care of everything for us, including a leaking toilet, which made it very easy for us, especially since we live in a different city. He had our condo staged and listed in a few days, and followed that up with an open house the first weekend. We actually got over asking price. He kept us informed at every turn. We would highly recommend Juan to anybody.

When we decided to put our house on the market we were nervous about finding the right realtor for us. One that was passionate and and made it stress free as possible. Juan was the third realtor we interviewed and immediately chose him to walk us through the process from beginning to end. The knowledge Juan has and the never ending patience not to mention how connected he stayed the whole time! It was a pleasure working with Juan Saenz! He sold our home in less then a month! We got so spoiled with his amazing professionalism that we had to call him after we sold our home to help us with finding our next home out of state! Thank you Juan!
