I came JP under some unique circumstances while transitioning out of the military as “green” into the home buying process as you can be (VA loan in hand) in search of a new home for me and my wife. I worried as this was my first home and I was buying the home mostly from a distance (half way across the country). One of the first things he said to me was “no problem I got you, you just have to trust in me.” So we did just that and we were not disappointed. He was understanding, patient, and very attentive to all our needs. He looked out for our best interests during every step of the way including helping us dodge some really bad deals. We were even provided with great recommendations to handle the closing, inspection, and lending portions. He doesn’t make a dollar untill you’re happy! JP went above and beyond helping us purchase our first home. He was responsive, intelligent, and answered any and every question we had as first time homebuyers. The process for buying our home was absolutely seamless and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. We toured many houses, in which he gave his honest opinion and pointed things out that we might have missed otherwise, which we really appreciated. Eventually, we found our dream home, that checked almost every single box, and within our budget- which was crazy! He helped us get a substantial sellers credit toward the purchase of our home, which helped immensely when it came to closing costs. He was very transparent and thorough at every step. JP was fantastic. He came to our first meeting 100% prepared with all of the answers and a great plan. We had 40 groups tour the house over 3 days and sold it on day 4. I can't recommend him enough.

Best agent out there. Helps with everything and makes the whole process easy. Answers any questions you have and has all the knowledge about everything you need to know. Had a hiccup along the way with water in the basement and he was already on it. He already had a guy for the job and called me for the final decision. Also helped with the closing company and called me everytime something came up and guided me in the right direction. Very good experience overall.
