Debbie did a phenomenal job. My Apt had been sold and I had 31 days to find a home. Debbie knew I was on a budget and helped me look for homes that fit in that range. She understood my urgency because I was on a time restraint. She gave good advice and I learned I could rely on her judgement when it came to what to look for in a home. When I picked a home that I liked, she worked with the seller to make sure they knew my concerns and demands. She helped me understand the paperwork and terminology. She was Always available whenever I needed her. She's friendly and a wonderful person to work with. She made me feel at ease through the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home. She knows what she's doing which makes the experience easy-going.

Debra is a hard-working real estate agent. She always has your best interest at heart. She knows the market and in knowledgeable about the ins- and -outs of working in this field. Deb is always there for you to answer questions and to reassure you with the process every step of the way of buying or selling your home. You can always depend on her to support and reassure you as you work your way through this sometimes very stressful process. Her professionalism really shows as she works with fellow realtors and other necessary experts in this field.

Debbie is fantastic at getting back to you and responding to seeing homes and all needs with buying and selling. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, types of homes, and all processes of home buying as well as things to look for that we may not think of! She will negotiate and get the job done. She has been in the business a long time. 5 stars. I would give 6 if I could.

Debra was recommended to me by a business contact. I called her and explained what I needed to do in regards to selling my Mother's home. We set up an appointment to meet and look at the house. She showed up on time and we discussed what I wanted. Deb answered all my questions, and was extremely helpful. We agreed on a price and she suggested a few little things to make the empty house look like a home. The next day when I went over after work, she had brought in some pictures and a few little pieces of furniture and placed them here and there. Four days after I met her I had a contract on the house. Deb was helpful and extremely knowledgeable and kept in contact with me until after the closing. What could have been a very stressful process turned into a easy and pleasant one. Deb is friendly and professional, and gets the job done. When I decide to sell my own home, I will be calling her first.

Just sold our 4th house with Deb as our realtor. It sold in 2 days at a higher price than I thought possible. Deb has assisted us in purchasing several of our family homes and many rental properties. Her knowledge of the local market is excellent. I have recommended her to several people and they have all been very satisfied.
