Jake was professional from the start. I researched for a top real estate agent and his name kept popping up. I contacted him directly and described our situation. We just inherited a condo in the Erie, PA area. We live 2 hours away from Erie, Pa. So we were not real familiar with the real estate market in Erie or selling a condo. After a phone call, we met up with him to tour the condo. The condo did need a little bit of work. He advised us what to do and what not to do as far as bring the biggest bang for the buck for doing some work to make it nicer for the sale. He helped us find a local contractor and help us deal with the property with us being two hours away. He did a full market analysis, and we did the work he advised us on pricing to bring the most in the sale of the condo. We put the condo up for sale after doing the advised work. The condo still was a little bit dated. We had a decent amount of showings. So, it did take 14 days to get under contract. We had two solid offers. We decided to take the offer over asking. Jake was able to negotiate and get us the offer over asking. Well qualified Buyers and pretty fast closing date. Helped handle getting things done for closing. Helped with the closing attorney needs. I recommend him very highly. 5 stars and then some. I have been investing in real estate for over 30 years. So I have extensive knowledge of single-family house real estate business. I am not a realtor. So, from experience you want to pick a real estate pro to sell your properties. Knowing I would need help with selling a condo this condo. I needed a real estate pro in our corner to help get this condo sold. Jake was the true professional. It was a pleasure working with him. He will work hard for you to either buy or sell your property. He definitely works to earn his commission. Just a great transaction.
