Sharon guided us pleasantly and helpfully through the process as we initially looked at purchasing an existing house and then deciding to build new. She showed us homes in our preferred area and price range without trying to sell us on something we didn't want. As we went through the building process, she was with us every step and helped us understand that things would be worked out when something wasn't right. When all was said and done, we have the beautiful home we wanted in the location we wanted for the price we wanted. She has been a blessing throughout the process.

My husband and I contacted Sharon to help us determine whether or not we should add onto our current home or purchase a new home. Sharon graciously showed us comps in our area, as well as showing us homes currently for sale. Thanks to Sharon's expertise, we determined that building a home was the best option for us. Sharon's advice helped us prepare our home for the market, and we received a full-price offer in less than a day! She also assisted in helping us locate temporary housing while our new home was being built. I appreciated Sharon's thoroughness and communication during the process of selling our home as well as during the building process of our new home. I was impressed with Sharon's knowledge of the market, her flexibility, patience, encouragement, kindness, and her listening ear! She made my husband and I feel comfortable and her calm demeanor made a difference for me, making the overall process an enjoyable one. Thanks to Sharon, my husband and I are enjoying our new home!

Although Sharon is based in Ames, she helped us find the perfect first home for my young family in our desired Ankeny location. Since it was our first home buying experience, she walked us through everything and was extremely helpful! I received frequent email updates for homes that were just listed on the market, so we always had almost immediate knowledge of the next possible home for us. I would definitely recommend working with her, she was great!
