Marc Olson (and his team) is the realtor all realtors should aspire to be! My experience working with Marc as my agent far exceeded my expectations as to the ease of selling my house and all that goes along with that process. I had already moved out of state before I putting the house on the market and Marc was instrumental in helping me get the house ready by contacting workmen to finish some little and some big projects and letting them into the house as needed. Marc has a great client base and had some prospective buyers in mind to look at the house as soon as it was on the market; he sold it for me in two days or less. Marc is the best, hardest working realtor I know of.

As we had already moved, Marc and the MORE Team kept us informed on showings, open houses, 2nd appointments, and throughout the offer/negotiation process. I didn’t pick Marc - my parents did when they decided to sell their property and I was left to make it happen after they no longer lived there. Marc was understanding and courteous of our situation as it was not the norm. His team was prompt and kept me in the loop. Bought our home through Marc and Jen prior to starting school in Ames and loved working with them so much we sold through them when it was time to sell 4 years later. Jen was fantastic to work with and made sure buying our first home was a smooth process and we found the perfect home for us; the experience we had with her then ensured we sold through her and Marc as well.
