Jodi is awesome. She is knowledgeable and very responsive. She also urged us to go in with a clean backup offer that ended up landing us our favorite home. Helped us set up remote closing. Good recommendations for our local lender and attorney as well.

The team exceeded our expectations. The entire team was friendly and very responsive. We are so happy we had the opportunity to work with them, and if it wasn't for their negotiation skills on both sides of buy/sell it would not have been possible. After our offer for the new home was accepted, they moved quickly to get our home listed and sold all within our 1.5 month timeline which didn't seem possible! Thanks again to Jodi, Jackie, and the whole team.

Jodi went above and beyond to hep us sell our home. She helped me find folks to do repairs, paint, clean, and even sent a very talented stager to make our home look even better!!
