Service and Expertise are #1 for me and in that regard, Mike McCatty provides excellent service and his expertise especially in the area I was selling in, is top-notch. Having a lot of previous sales experience in my development meant he already knew how to market and sell in the HoA I lived in, and what the requirements were to complete the sale with the property management company.Mike also properly communicated expectations in selling during this time of economic uncertainty knowing the market was shifting. Even still, my home received plenty of traffic, solid feedback and a number of interested buyers.I cannot possibly say enough kind things about Mike, his client-centric approach and calm demeanor in addressing other realtor's lack of professionalism, such as not leaving my home as it was found, unlocked, etc..I would absolutely 100% recommend Mike to anyone who needs a realtor. I am very pleased to have chosen his services and would do so again if needed.

Who said buying a new home would be stressful? Not when you have Mike McCatty's associate Kristen Butler working with you. Kristen made the home buying experience easy and pleasant from start to finish. We closed on our first home on 12/8/17, and we knew pretty much NOTHING about buying a home. Kristen was always available to answer our questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable and gave her honest opinions when asked. We will absolutely go to Kristen for our future real estate needs, as well as recommend her to all of our friends and family members!

Mike is very knowledgeable about the market. Sold and bought in Homer Glen in 2002. Reached out to him today to ask about a home in my area and he still answers on the first ring. Definitely would use him as a realtor again.

Mike McCatty was extremely professional from start to finish. Mike answers his phone probably 95% of the time within a few rings. The other 5% he calls you back within 5 minutes. Extremely responsive. Mike has deep and current market knowledge for the area. He knows exactly what the market is doing and can detail what it will take to get your house sold and is honest about it (the good and the bad). He makes valid recommendations that are appropriate for your specific home in your specific market segment.We had already moved and were dealing with selling a home from 100 miles away. But, as difficult as it was, Mike and his team made the process as easy as possible for us. As an example, I had ordered shingles for a roofer to do some repairs prior to closing ... When they arrived at Home Depot, I needed to get them to the house. I asked mike if he knew anyone I could pay to do the pickup as I was 100 miles away. Mike drove to Home Depot personally and picked them up within the hour ... I did not ask for this level of service and was surprised by it ... It was very appreciated and took the stress out of a difficult situation ... We have bought and sold 5 homes in Orland Park over the past 20 years and Mike was by far the best realtor we have ever dealt with ... We can strongly recommend he and his team.
