We worked with Sam Sicurella to sell our home. Not only did he do a great job assessing similar homes in our area and convince us to list for a higher amount than we anticipated, he sold our home in 6 days on the private market for $10k over asking! We never had to deal with a public market or open houses, the pictures and videos he took of our home were that incredible. He is so knowledgeable and kind. Worked with Scott and his team. Everyone was fantastic!! Getting the house ready for pictures and starting the showings. Sold the house in 6 days and Scott knew the right price to list it at and worked it out to get me my asking price!! Scott helped me with the final things like getting the rest of misc out of the house even. The team is great in so many ways. Can’t say enough good!! Team of many, Scott, Kim&Cathy we’re all a part of it all. Thanks so much Scott and your team. I am using another part of the team (Hailey) to look for a new home as well. We were extremely pleased with our Realtor Hayley Sciluffo. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and really worked for us to find the perfect home in our transition back to IL from Texas. Hayley was always available via text or call. If she did not know an answer which was rare, she made a phone call and got the answer quickly. She made us feel as if we were her only clients which we knew was not the case but it made our process so much easier and stress free. I would recommend Hayley to anyone in need of a realtor over any others I have worked with in the past! She is a go getter and a hard worker and I admire her as a person and as a realtor.
