I am writing to share my experience working with Kelly Wietzema who was recommended to me by my cousin.After renting for years, I decided it was time to buy a home. As a first-time homebuyer, Kelly was incredibly patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. She was fantastic during property viewings, pointing out important details that I would not have known to look for. It was clear that she truly wanted me to find the right place rather than just make a sale, and she was never pushy. The Hering Homes Team was amazing to work with from start to finish. Jamie was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and best of all, she got our home SOLD in record time! My husband was hesitant when choosing an agent but within 48 hours of going live, our listing had 5x the amount of views on Zillow as our next door neighbor had in nearly two weeks on the market. Hubby dubbed it the “Jamie effect” because she marketed the property everywhere.
