The Hering Homes Team was amazing to work with from start to finish. Jamie was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and best of all, she got our home SOLD in record time! My husband was hesitant when choosing an agent but within 48 hours of going live, our listing had 5x the amount of views on Zillow as our next door neighbor had in nearly two weeks on the market. Hubby dubbed it the “Jamie effect” because she marketed the property everywhere. Jamie is a miracle worker!! After almost a year of looking for a home with a different realtor with no success, we changed realtors.
