I can’t say enough good things about Samiera and Carlos! They went ABOVE and BEYOND any expectations I had of a realty team. They walked us through each step of the sale of our condo and purchase of our new home, responded to questions and concerns promptly whether it was day or night, and told us exactly what was needed to prepare our condo for sale and how much we could expect to receive for it. Samiera and Carlos went as far as bringing and setting up their own furnishings for pictures and showings. I received multiple compliments on how great our condo looked after their set up. I feel as if Samiera and Carlos set us up to get the maximum sale price for our condo, all while having it on the market for the least amount of time. Not only that, but they set us up to have the smoothest transition from old house to new house where we could rent back our condo and not have to “rush move” in one or two days. They explained and helped us navigate through the multiple offers and contingencies. My wife and I were more than satisfied with the offer we accepted. Carlos was extremely patient as he must have shown us close to 20 houses. Throughout the bidding Carlos and Samiera told us exactly what to expect and kept us updated throughout the process. When asked, they were straightforward on what would be a winning bid without being excessive and were spot-on as we had an accepted offer on our 2nd bid. During this market that is exceptional. Where Carlos and Samiera really went ABOVE and BEYOND was when our bank backed out on us the evening before closing on our new home. Carlos skipped his dinner appointment in order to help resolve the situation with my bank. He even felt so bad that he paid for my family’s dinner (in-laws included). Samiera went to work immediately as well, getting us in contact with a loan officer (new bank) within minutes. When the sellers became apprehensive because of the situation and contemplated putting the house back on the market Samiera reassured them of a speedy resolution. At the behest of Samiera, the loan officer worked incessantly, affording my wife and I to hold the keys to our new home 10 business days later. Both Carlos and Samiera were advocates for us in our struggle with the original lender, battling them to make things right and persuading them to reimburse us for the lost earnest money and additional rent that we paid while waiting for the new loan. It was great having them on our side! Hindsight, I should have gone with the loan officer Samiera recommended in the first place rather than use my own bank!

Christine Goines and the real estate team with Jo Ferraro went above and beyond when it came to the sale of our home. Friendly, helpful, flexible, and quick should be the teams slogan. This was our 3rd home sale and by far the best treatment and experience we’ve had— wish we would have found Christine for the other sales! After our first meeting the house was ready with amazing photos in under a week. Covid hit shortly after and Christine worked wonders to make sure our home was shown with safety for all. They were quick to answer all our questions and so very flexible when it came to navigate the challenges of Covid. We were so lucky to have worked with Christine and the team! I will forever sign their praise! Thank you!!!

I was an out-of-town seller that needed a realtor that I could trust to handle the marketing and sale of my house in my absence. Mike Bailey did not over-promise but he did over-deliver. He took care of everything for me in a timely and efficient manner. My experience with Mike was great from his prompt response and friendly attitude, and more importantly, to his honest advise and real estate knowledge. I could not have been more happy!

It has been apparent from the beginning that the agents we are working with were looking out for our best interests. Our selling agent made excellent suggestions as to how to make our home more appealing to potential buyers, so appealing that we received two offers within the first few days of being on the market. Our buying agent has gone out of her way to schedule showings on very short notice, and at times that fit our busy schedules. When we arrive at a showing she has always done her homework as it relates to gathering information about the house.We have little to no experience when it comes to buying and selling a home. Both agents have gone above and beyond when it comes to educating us and informing us as to what to expect at each step in the process.

The service provided by the Jo Ferraro team are top notch. Our listing agent, Kevin Kane, and the entire Ferraro team have been incredibly responsive in providing information and advice. The team was incredibly proactive in setting up open houses, and making sure we were prepared for the sales process. Extra services such as the electronic showing notifications and property updates were also value-add services. I can't imagine a better team to represent us!

Our agent Kevin priced our property fairly, and we ended up getting offers the first week! Thanks to the good staging advice (to take one piece of furniture out of each room), the house looked great staged for the professional photos the Jo Ferraro team coordinated for us. The social media and web presence the team built for us, rather quickly, I might add, made all the difference. Also, they treated us with respect as both first time home sellers and by helping us with a short sale, too. Even though loved our condo, it was time to sell it, and we were able to make a fresh start in a new city. Throughout the process, Kevin answered all of our questions, and by sharing his advice and experienced insights, we always walked away from every meeting feeling confident and well informed. The entire team was also very responsive to calls, texts and emails, too. The Jo Ferraro Team gave us a truly great experience selling our home, and I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends.
