We had a wonderful time working with Jill. She is enjoyable to work with, easy to reach, and communicates very well. Jill is very thorough in helping me sift through available properties. She provides an honest analysis and, rather than just chasing the commission, will tell me when she thinks a property is not a suitable investment. I have purchased 6 properties using Jill as my Agent in the last two years. In my opinion, a repeat customer is the most trustworthy type of testimonial.

Great experience working with Jill and her team!! I worked with both Jill and Allye Boardman; both were responsive and booked showing and answered questions in a timely manner. They were also very organized and provided a detailed timeline of the buying process which was very helpful as a first time buyer. When it comes to selling/buying a house, to us, it is all about trust. We trust Jill and her team, and they indeed did an amazing job selling both of our houses. The real estate education she provided to us during the selling process turned out to be so valuable when we switched the side and became a buyer in another state. She is very knowledgeable with over 25 years' experience in the field, and this is super import because you don't want a very nice agent who can give you no information or even wrong information! She provided detailed market report and priced the house just right! She always gave us reasons on why she made a certain recommendation, but never push us to take it.On top of her knowledge and experience, she (and her team) is always very responsive, and very nice!! She is always available to answer our questions. We asked her questions not only about selling our houses, but also about buying a house in the state we are moving into. She never disappointed us. Her team is a problem solver! When I couldn't find the property manager in our HOA association, Kim helped us find someone in the board! When an unexpected thing happened on the closing day, Jill solved it! They took care of and keep track of all the things on the to-do list.
