Jessica sold a dozen houses for me and helped me find a few to purchase as well. She knows her trade like no other. She is very personable, a joy to do business with. Her marketing skills are exceptional. When my son was looking for his first house she helped him find his dream home and to secure a loan. You can't go wrong with Jessica.

Jessica is very knowledgeable and professional. We had multiple offers, including the successful offer from the eventual buyer, on the house I was selling in a few short days.I was also looking to buy another house with more acreage outside the city, but thought it would take some time to find just the right one after selling the house in the city. Not only were we were able to find the perfect fit in short time, but she was also able to coordinate getting one house sold at then immediately close on me buying the next one so I didn’t need to stay in temporary housing during the transition.

After months of trying to find a home in Norman, I began my search anew in my hometown, Tulsa. Finding so homes here is was so rewarding, after so few moderately priced were found in Norman. Opportunities abound!! I discovered Jessica Scott simply finding her name on a sign outside a home in Owasso, I was interested in. She met me there, and we did a really careful exam, and placed a bid, albeit with a concern it needed a LOT of work. Jessica made sure all my paper work was submitted in a timely manner and I had a great shot at the home. This is no small feat with repossessions. When I did not win the bid, Jessica was disappointed too , but believed, there was something better out there. When my daughter found my home, and emailed it to me, I had a feeling... then when Jessica and I went through it, I could see POSSIBILITY. She helped make sure I was aware of all the work required.. then the applications and tons of paperwork had to go up. She made certain every t crossed, every i dotted, every option for the best opportunity of getting this home was done.. When I actually won the bid I was so elated, and just heard one word in my head. HOME. Jessica is an amazing lady, wife, mom and dynamite realtor who absolutely has the knowledge about construction, and the industry to help assure a wise decision. She does her job, and does it WELL. I highly recommend Jessica Scott.

We were first-time homebuyers and she helped us every step of the way; as well as surrounded us with knowledgeable contacts that were very helpful as well - from appraisals to inspections to lenders. Jessica was an incredible breath of fresh air in the world of realtors all doing it the same way. She has a great approach and is helpful throughout the whole process. I was relocating and had to get sold fast. Well not only did she help with all the details along the way, she watched the property for me while it was vacant and the property sold in less than 60 days!!! In this market it is the package deal that sells house and she can put it together nicely. Thanks Jessica!!!
