Peg & Jeremy were absolutely amazing to work with! This was our 3rd real estate transaction in a short period of time after we explored a few states and cities; but this round was meant to find our "forever home" which was adding a lot of stress to our hunt.Peg & Jeremy made that stress vanish almost immediately once we started working with them. They were amazing listeners and even better at translating our needs to sellers and their agents in ways that never put us in a bad light, but always made us feel like we were being taken care of.I cannot stress enough how great they were to work with, and I know we wouldn't have found our home if it wasn't for their skills and network. Jeremy and Peg helped us find the perfect single level home for our daughter who is confined to a wheelchair. They helped us review a half dozen or more homes in our search for the ONE that best meets our needs and more importantly our daughter's needs! My experience working with Jeremy was nothing short of outstanding. Jeremy went above and beyond my expectations in not only finding a property that met my needs, but also working with me through securing insurance for the property, and remaining an active member of the team throughout the closing process. Even my loan officer commented on what an outstanding realtor he was and that his being involved helped to move the purchasing process along. He has also used his experience and knowledge of the community to connect me to various trades people to complete repairs and remodels that were needed. He has been so much more than a realtor, and has continued to work with me after the closing of my property to assist me in getting projects completed as I do not live in the area yet.
