Denise stepped up to the challenge after reaching out to her under distressing circumstances. You see, my sister had a medical emergency that culminated into a lifelong debilitation which left me in a crunch to immediately travel across the Country to relocated her to a care home and prepare her Condo for sale.From the get go, Denise was dedicated to the cause! She navigated the challenges we faced throughout the entire process with ease and grace, professionalism, expertise, and compassion.Denise was on top of it, and ahead of it every step of the way. Denise is a miracle worker and, as first-time home buyers, we are so very grateful for her incredible database of knowledge, community connections, negotiation skills, and her absolute all around integrity. After the Northern CA fires, the market became even more competitive and she quickly learned our tastes. Even with limited inventory, Denise never pushed us into something we didn’t want and when we did find our ideal country property, it came with a long and super-complicated escrow. Denise proved herself ten-fold and went above and beyond the call of duty, putting in endless amounts of time for research and difficult meetings to facilitate all parties coming to necessary agreements. Her patient persistence and professionalism carried us through to the very end. It was a joy to work with Denise. She helped us with so many things, including getting help with the yard and repairs that didn't break the bank. My mom's house went on the Market and we had a full price offer within 8 days and closed 28 days later. The process went so well that I'm going to use her on the sale of my house in a few months.

Denise was a hero to me and my son. During an incredibly stressful period in our lives, Denise was an anchor and worked beautifully with our loan officer, the inspectors, the home owner, title company, really just held our hand throughout the entire process. She even came by to photograph me and my son putting the sold sign on the yard and dropped by to celebrate with us out our house warming party as well.She's the best and we couldn't have done it without her!

Denise was everything I wanted in a real state agent. She provide great customer service to me and my wife. She updated us on everything that was happening throughout the process of buy our home. At first my wife and I were looking for country properties before deciding on a nice one inside the city limits. Denise listened to what we wanted and only presented properties that fit our requirements. Once we changed our minds due to the lack of good properties that fit our requirements she again did the same and helped us find a house that fit our specifications. Thanks to Denise' knowledge of negotiating and standard practices in the real estate market we were able to get a great deal on our new place. We are very happy with our purchase.
