Jennie, Dustin, and the team made the sale of my mom's house smooth and fast. We got the sale price we wanted, and the team was responsive to all my questions and each task during the sale. I will use them in future real estate transactions, and I'd recommend them to anyone in the Tulsa metro area!

Not a great home selling experience. The Wolek group suggested we sell for less than we wanted. We had offers immediately because it was under priced, then were basically forced to take a low offer. (Three offers came in a week, but they only showed us two)The Title company they used sent out closing funds to the incorrect bank account causing a delay we weren't accounting for in the close of our new home.This experience caused us to loose thousands of dollars. I do not recommend.

This realtor worked hard and fast to get my property sold. The sale price was what I expected and the process was smooth and stress free. Drone footage was captured of the property for listing and when a buyer made a full cash offer before the listing posted, I was informed immediately and asked if I'd accept. Highly recommend.

Jennie and her team misrepresented the square footage of my home by including unfinished basement and apartment. They then refused to make any changes necessary to the MLS in order to sell the home. We had to fire them, after which they refused to take meetings. We ended up having the home appraised and Wolek Group had it overpriced by over $150,000. They were unkind, unprofessional, and never apologized for the thousands and thousands of dollars they cost us. I would never recommend them to anyone.

We really appreciated all the help we received in finding a home that fit our wants/needs. Lois Rauner was especially patient and kind when I asked her repeated questions when I didn’t understand or so technical issue I had. We sold a home in Tulsa and had Lois Rauner as our realtor she was professional, great communication and literally had our house on the market and under contract within 3 days, her and the team at The Wolek Group treated us with the utmost respect and really did their due diligence, great team if you go with this realty office you will not be disappointed

Chris Rauchenstein from the Wolek team was so helpful in the way he handled every property we looked at. He knew a lot about potential problems with a home and all of the considerations we should look at. If he didn’t know the answer to something, he would immediately ask his team for help and get back to us in a timely fashion. He also kept us up to date on everything that was happening during the process of us closing on our property. If you want finding a home to be very smooth and stress free, Chris is your guy!! He’s very trustworthy, honest, and a lot of fun to work with!!
