James was amazing coming in and telling me exactly what needed to be done in order to sell and get what was needed out of it. James made a couple calls and had contractors in the house the very next Monday. 2 weeks later the house was complete and ready to be staged and on the market. James knows the market and how to make things happen. 48hrs on market and contract was on house! All this while he was extremely professional, friendly and mostly compassionate as I had just lost my dad. His communication is fabulous. Best thing about James he will Always have a recommendation from me.

They were quick and made the process very easy knowing that we lived in Florida and the home sale was in Richmond, VA. Jamie went above and beyond! He created a solid strategy for selling my house and within less than a week it sold for more than $20k over the asking price. From the initial "on market" through the entire process, including "close day", Jamie was there every step of the way. We bought our home with James in 2022 and he was amazing, very responsive and worked to get us a great deal. In 2024 we got new military orders and had to sell our house. We reached out to James again, he told us exactly what to do to get our house sold. We got a great offer and James really took all the stress off of our shoulders. He helped us find contractors for things that needed to be fixed from the home inspection and even found us a lawncare service so it looked great for the buyer when they moved in. I will tell everyone I know about James and wish he could be our realtor to every town we move to!
