Imagine everything you wish for in a realtor and then imagine more! That is Gina. In a few words, she is experienced, communicative, knowledgeable, proactive, friendly, kind, and hard-working. Right from the get go, she impressed my family and me with her broad range of knowledge, keen insights, and flexible attitude to gain an understanding of both what we wished for in our family house sale and how our home would be best fit into the market. To every text, email, or call, she promptly responded with grace, insight, and terrific help. We interviewed a handful of the top rated Agents and Brokers in the Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley area. It was clear from our first meeting that Gina had the most experience, a deep understanding of the Santa Cruz and Bay Area markets, and was very well connected. She was also very personable.Gina understood strengths and weaknesses of our property and neighborhood, knew the type of buyer to which it would appeal, and developed a pricing and marketing strategy that ultimately resulted in multiple offers at our asking price. This, despite a very challenging market for sellers. We were also particularly impressed with how hard she worked for us. She worked on our schedule fielding offers, producing counter offers, and hosting conference calls late in the evening, early in the morning, and on weekends.We feel very strongly that Gina is the best of the best in Santa Cruz County.

Gina is a rock star.I was tempted to leave it at that, but some details are necessary.My property was fully functional but in need of some serious renovation, remodeling, and updating. It was a complex job that was supposed to take two months. It took eight! (Work was completed after escrow closed...) Gina turned into the nitty-gritty inspector and did walkthroughs with the contractor multiple times. It would have driven me absolutely nuts, but Gina kept plugging along and making sure things were done correctly.Finally, we listed and sold in three weeks, at above asking.Look no further. Sign with Gina! 'Nuf said.

Gina is well informed. I felt she supported my decisions with honest feedback and gave great insight leading to stress free resolutions. She helped me buy my cabin a few years ago and was responsive when I called recently to talk about selling it this year. However, my plans to move have fallen through so I will not sell yet. Gina Carling helped us sell our house before it was ever listed and for over asking price! We were very concerned about security and signage and wanted to prevent drive-bys because of the area of our house. Gina offered a lot of solutions and eased our concerns. Thankfully, we never even got that far. Gina is very knowledgeable about the market. She is professional and personable at the same time.
