Eric gave excellent advice in getting my house ready to put on the market. He advised me of what repairs and painting needed to be done to make the home most marketable. He introduced me to a stager who was excellent in advising of furniture and personal items I needed to keep and get rid of prior to setting up for photographs. He called every few days to check on progress in sale prep. The house went on the market on May 24 and I had an acceptable offer on May 28th. He is the best agent I have had in the five home sales of my lifetime.
