McKenzie was our Realtor when we originally purchased this home for our daughter’s use in 2018 when she was a student at Penn State University. We were so impressed with her that when the time came to sell this property now that our daughter has completed her studies, we called and set an appointment with her. She had her finger on the pulse of the market in State College and helped us prepare the property for the sale and helped us set an appropriate price. She took care of many of the details of preparing for the sale since we weren't able to be there in person. She staged the property and it showed beautifully. McKenzie was there every step of the way and we couldn’t have done this without her. She is an excellent Realtor and we highly recommend her. The property sold the day it was listed, for full price.
