Ryan and Dayna were excellent at helping my sell my late brother's home in a short period of time (2 months listing to sale) during the slowest period of time of the year (Thanksgiving to February). Using the technology at their disposal (aerial drone) allowed prospects to view the entire property and surrounding land to get a full appreciation of the area, as well as note improvements made during the previous year (new roof). Living across the state didn't allow me the opportunity to meet in person at closing, however Ryan and Dayna made sure all of the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed at closing time. Highly recommend using these individuals in particular and their company ion general if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

They were proactive, helped us find a cleaner and handyman, and made sure the house looked perfect. The place sold fast at a great price, and they kept us updated the whole way. Ryan was excellent to work with and I cannot overstate what a great experience it was. I needed to sell my mother's home after she passed away unexpectedly. Being from out of state meant that I needed someone I could trust to steer me in the right direction and get the job done. At every turn, Ryan and the rest of the Lowe team provided spot-on advice and helpful assistance. They were super responsive throughout the entire process and got the house sold for us in no time. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Ryan is the top of the line agent! We have bought a house 8 yrs ago but not with him and tried the last 4-5 yrs without him as well and nothing nothing nothing.
