This woman is nuts...but in a good way!! My house was on the market for two years with other realtors and obviously going nowhere. I got Doris's name and it was the beginning of the end to my house selling! I was impressed by her dedication, care and concern, honesty, willingness to help (like when it was suggested that I repaint a room, she lovingly offered her help to quicken the process!), her communication and response time, and simply her approachable personality. I see she'd have 7 listings then a month later she's begging for more listings because those are sold! She gets things moving! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home!
She sold my home on 30th St. SE. She had a meeting with me to go over the market, she made a long list of the things that needed to be done to sell the home quickly. I did the repairs she requested and we listed the home. It sold in less than two weeks for more than any home on my street with the comparable square footage!
