After our first accepted offer (with another realtor) fell through due to a failed sump pump and damp carpet, Debra & team came in and drafted a game plan to be implemented after the issues were remediated. With new photos, staging and the plan in place we had an accepted offer 18 hours after the house went back on the market - and for a higher price! Stellar realtor and team - we would highly recommend!!!
