Donna did a great job selling herself to anchor my contract but then got tired of waiting for a sale after three weeks. She didn't hold an open house per my request. She then came to me with a laughable lowball offer that was 100,000.00 less than comparable homes that recently sold in my neighborhood. Sadly I had to terminate our contract and start all over again with someone who was interested in selling my house for what it is worth.

I can't emphasize enough how fantastic our experience was with The Donna Steo Team from Keller Williams Pocono, especially Donna Steo. She made our search for a home in the Poconos a truly wonderful experience. Donna was incredibly detailed and thorough, ensuring that the home we were purchasing was in top condition. She was on top of every detail, particularly the home inspection, to ensure that we wouldn't face any issues when moving in from out of state. The entire team, including Kristin Vidot, the Transaction Coordinator, and Lynda Setar, the Title Company Closer, treated us like family. We felt truly cared for throughout the entire process. I randomly picked this company to work with as my realtor. The realtor I had was Emily Burke and she was great!! We always had an open dialog and we were always aligned on our thoughts with regard to the houses she showed me. In addition to Emily, every single one of the recommendations she made on the home inspectors, the Electrician and Plumber she recommended once we closed, was spot on and also super great to work with. Everyone at the agency was terrific and I can't recommend them more!

She definitely looked out for me. Was quick to point out issues that she noticed while we did a walk through on each house. With my situation, I was using a VA home loan so the properties must meet certain conditions. She was familiar and it made the process pretty easy.
