I do not believe there are enough words that can be said to truly relay how incredible it was to work with Heather. When we first contacted her we had thought the selling process could be difficult and long based on what we had been hearing from others in the area, and as first time sellers we were definitely unsure of what to expect. She instantly made us feel at ease with the process and excited to move forward. We took all her suggestions, and within a little over a month we were closing on our house. She has amazing insight on the area and the market, and takes the time to determine what actions will be best to take for you and your individual situation. She was there for us to walk through questions any time and truly is just an amazing person who is absolutely incredible at what she does. We cannot thank her enough! Heather is the BEST. She made the entire buying experience so easy. I trusted everything she said and everyone she recommended and it PAID OFF in a huge way. We have two young kids so I was worried about how we were going to juggle everything but she is a mom and she just seriously made everything so easy. She even helped entertain my 1 year old at closing! I would recommend Heather to anyone. She also rocked the negotiation stages, i literally did not have to lift a finger and she handled it all so I didn't get stressed out even further. The BEST.
