Xander and his team, did an incredible job listing our house. Initially my son had found him online, and we read glowing reviews. Upon our meet; he reassured us and leveled our expectations on the listing price after doing some research (comps). Upon listing, high quality photos were posted, which was followed with 3 offers on the first 3 days after listing.He sat down with us, we reviewed the offers, and we had a sale. As of Dec 22nd we closed on the house! Xander and his team helped us with the sale our family home. It was a very positive experience. At our first meeting he was honest and direct, answering all our questions (there were many) and explaining the process thoroughly. Since this was an estate sale with two executors there were a few extra hoops to jump through. Xander handled all of them quickly and with little inconvenience to us. He was always available to answer questions or explain where we were in the process. I know that lots of work went on behind the scenes, but to us, it all appeared seamless. His office staff was courteous and helpful. We were very pleased with the outcome and the quick time that it took to sell. We will definitely use Xander and Redstone Run Realty in the future if we need the services of a realtor.

If you are looking for a seriously skilled realtor in the area, Xander is the one. He is a true professional that really wants everyone in the deal to be treated well and is an excellent communicator and super genuine. He is ready to jump and help and answer questions as well as he is ready to make the offers we wanted to make - he is not shy about getting you what you need - he treated us the way he would want to be treated. He was always appreciative for our business which is rare these days even though he is very successful without us... He really knows this market and for investors as well. His whole office and team carry through the same level of expertise and respect and responsiveness. Xander really knows this area and helped us relocate with all the info we would need to succeed.
