Delfino worked with us since the beginning of our house hunting. We put in four offers and were outbid several times in a competitive market. Sellers were and are willing to give many incentives to buy down your mortage rates and cover closing costs. Our last offer on a beautiful house came down on overall price and the buyer paid all of the closing costs. Delfino made it work for us. My new family is truly blessed to buy our first home together. Definitely recommend him for any potential buyers or sellers.
