Claudia did an absolutely wonderful job helping me purchase this rental property in Brownsville. It was a pre foreclosure property that she found and brought to me for theMarket value and rental returns I could get from it. Claudia has a very understandable way of walking you through the steps of the buying process and great follow up to keep everyone doing what needed to be done to make sure the deal closed as quickly as possible.
