We chose Mario to help sell our 2 properties from a long list of real estate agents in our area. Without a doubt, it was a great choice. Not only was he able to sell both properties during this unprecedented covid 19 pandemic, we were able to sell for the price WE wanted. We had many offers for way lower than our asking price, but Mario never pressured us to take a deal that was not to our benefit. In addition, he was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we may have had. Most importantly, he spoke to us with facts. If he did not know the answer, he would not give us incorrect information. He would simple ask us to give him time to get us accurate information, which I found to be a respectable feature. Again, we are glad we choose him as our real estate agent and we apricate all of his help.

I know without a shadow of a doubt I would have never been able to sell my house and lot without Mario Baez. Amidst all that was going on with the COVID 19 pandemic he reassured my husband and I that we would sell. He always answered our calls and questions in a timely manner. He is a great realtor and I would recommend no one else but him.

Mario was very professional and answered all my questions even if I asked the same question more than once. I’m very satisfied with his knowledge and his expertise. He didn’t guarantee it but said he would try to sell my house within 30-90 days. He sold it in 37 days !!!!
